To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected], and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization before proceeding with the shipment. Please ensure that you do not send any returns without obtaining this authorization, as it is essential for processing your request efficiently. In your email, kindly include the customer name, invoice number, order number, and a brief description of the issue for faster service.

Please bear in mind that customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges for returning the items to us. However, we will take care of the shipping charges for the replacement or exchange item(s) being sent back to you.

In the case of defective items, you can return them directly to us within 15 days from the invoice date for a replacement or exchange.

Once we process your return, we will credit or refund the value of the product you were charged, excluding any delivery and handling charges, within 2 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for the following items:

New books containing software, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, or other electronic media that have been opened.
New books that are damaged or have defects resulting from exposure to liquids.
All stationary items and electronics items are not eligible for returns.
